After your session, give yourself a few minutes to reorient before heading out.
I am a certified Massage Therapist with CAMTC and I practice an approach to Bodywork that is rooted in Osteopathic Principles. It is a hands-on approach that supports the body’s natural capacity for regulation, mobility, and ease. The work I offer includes; Visceral Mobilization, Neural Manipulation, and CranioSacral Therapy using gentle, attentive touch to engage the body’s tissues and nervous system.
Rather than forcing change, sessions focus on creating a sense of safety and support so the body can respond in its own way and in its own time.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax; soft materials are ideal. Direct access to the abdominal area is helpful. Wear something you feel comfotable being seen in. All bodywork is performed fully clothed. Please avoid wearing jeans, or anthing super restrictive or tight like yoga pants.
I kindly request to avoid wearing perfumes, colognes, or strongly scented products on the day of your session ~ Thank You.
Sessions are a therapeutic hour. During our time together, this will include time for check-in, 45-50 min of hands-on work, integration afterward, and payment. Allow yourself a few min after our session to drink a glass of water and reorient before departure.
Sessions begin with a verbal check-in to understand what’s present for you that day might it be physically, emotionally, or functionally. From there, I will put my hand on your head, various places to listen to your body, and devise the treatment flow. During the session I will ask for permission to work directly on the abdomen with various organs, and I might ask you to change position, such as sitting, sidelying, bending forward or work collaborativley with me moving and assisting in some way. If the body calls for it, and with consent we might even work in the mouth, with gloved hands, and this is called intra-oral work.
The session unfolds collaboratively, and is guided by your goals, comfort level, and what your body communicates in the moment.
The pace of our time together respects the body’s tissues, natural rhythms and allows the tissues time to respond and adapt.
Experiences vary from person to person and from session to session. Generally our work together is gentle at at the level of comfort your body can engage with.
During the session you may notice:
• Deep relaxation or grounding
• Gentle sensations of movement, warmth, or softening
• Changes in breathing or body awareness
• A sense of settling or ease.
There is no expectation to feel anything specific. As your body has more resources, it begins to heal. Sessions progress in response to the body, rather than a set routine.
Every body is different. Some people find a single session supportive, while others choose ongoing care with sessions spaced every 2 - 3 weeks.
We’ll check in regularly and adjust the cadence based on your experience and goals. No outcomes are promised, and no long-term commitment is required.
Many people feel relaxed, grounded, or more present afterward. Others may notice temporary fatigue, emotional sensitivity, or subtle changes over the following days as the body integrates. Some people feel a decrease in pain, a sense of hope, inspiration to be creative, a renewed connection to oneself. Rest, hydration, movement, and other gentle self-care practices can be supportive.
Sometimes they can, and sometimes they don’t.
The body often holds experiences for protective reasons. When conditions feel supportive, and the nervous system has capacity, and safety, some people may notice emotions, memories, or sensations arise during or after a session.
If emotional responses do emerge, they are approached gently with consent and at your pace, with the focus on regulation and integration rather than processing or reliving experiences.
You are never required to talk about anything that comes up.
Yes. Yes!!! This practice is rooted in safety, choice, and respect. We move at your pace, and you are always invited to share feedback about what feels supportive or uncomfortable. Your autonomy is honored at every step. Nothing is ever forced, and consent is ongoing. You’re always welcome to pause, ask questions, change positions, or stop at any time.
Comfort, choice, and nervous system safety are central to this work.
All bodies are welcome here. This is an affirming space for queer, LGBTQIA+, trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people, and for people of all bodies and identities. The therapeutic container is a space we create together, with care, curiosity, and mutual respect.

Many contagious illnesses, from the novel coronavirus, Covid-19, to the common cold, can be spread by sneezing, coughing or even talking near someone. In support of health, I do not massage people when they are sick, questioning if they are sick or getting over being sick. If in doubt, please reschedule :) If you show up to an appointment when you have recently been exposed to someone actively sick, are sick yourself, or questioning if you are sick, full payment for your appointment will be due and service declined. As soon as you think you may be sick by your appointment time, and no later than 48 hours before your appointment, please reschedule.* Thank you for your understanding and adherence to my established policies.
Intra-oral work is a gentle cranial technique that uses light, gloved contact inside the mouth to help release tension in the jaw and surrounding tissues.
It is always optional, done with your consent, and guided by your comfort and feedback. This work helps reduce strain in areas that are hard to reach from the outside, which can improve how the jaw moves and how pressure is distributed through the head and neck. It is often helpful for people going through MARPE/airway expansion, and for those experiencing; jaw tension, TMJ symptoms, headaches, teeth clenching, facial pain, orthodentia related discomforts, neck pain, and previous concussion.
You can pause, stop, or choose not to include intra-oral work at any time.
Please email me to arrange a time to connect. I’ll take the time to hear about what you’re experiencing and share how I work, so we can make sure the approach feels like a good fit for you before scheduling your first session.

These sessions are designed to support accessibility and honor the diverse financial circumstances within our community, specifically BIPOC , as well as people from historically marginalized or under-resourced communities. This agreement is based on trust, open communication, and mutual respect. My intention is to help make my bodywork services accessible to those who have been systemically excluded from these services.
