Approach

Approach

In my practice, I hold the understanding that we are whole, interconnected beings.
Our bodies, histories, and experiences all matter.
Pain is never just about one body part; it’s a conversation between the nervous system, past experiences, and how we move through life.
My approach gently weaves together somatic awareness, osteopathic principles, and neurological insight to support the body in releasing tension, restoring ease, and rediscovering natural movement.
Sessions are collaborative, kind, and rooted in deep respect for your body’s wisdom.
If you’re ready to experience relief that honors your whole self, I invite you to book a session and experience CALIBRATE MASSAGE & BODYWORK.

Together we will find solutions to eliminate your pain- restoring ease and movement.

BEGIN

         Review Health History
         Body Findings
         Treatment Plan
         Noticeable Changes
         Self Care

Our work together begins with a conversation about your health history, goals, and what’s currently showing up in your body. This creates a foundation built on trust, clarity, and shared intention.

From there, we explore how your body moves, gently observing your range of motion, identifying areas of tension, and sensing where restrictions may be living in the joints, soft tissue, fascia, or even deeper, in the visceral, craniosacral, and nervous system.

We begin the hands-on work, gently and rhythmically opening up the body. You’ll be encouraged to tune in, to notice what shifts, what softens, and where ease begins to emerge. We help your body unwind stored tension, restore neural connections, and return to a more regulated, easeful state. You may start to feel subtle shifts: less pain, more space, and a deeper connection to your body. After your session, we’ll reflect on these changes and create a plan to support your progress with the right cadence of care. Each session is a step toward restoring balance, supporting your body’s natural intelligence, and deepening your sense of embodiment.

This is more than a massage ~ it’s a collaborative path toward healing, clarity, and embodied wellness.

PROGRESS

         Pain Reduction
         Ease in Movement
         Increased Energy
         Enhanced Quality of Life
         Maintain Pathways

This is where the work deepens. In the Progress Phase, we begin to move beyond temporary relief and into meaningful transformation. Each session builds on the last, starting with a check-in to explore how your body integrated the previous work. By identifying and addressing the root sources of tension, we help your nervous system unwind, your posture shift, and your movements regain fluidity.

For best results, I recommend committing to 3 to 5 sessions, spaced two weeks apart. This rhythm gives your body time to process while maintaining momentum—essential for sustainable change. These first few sessions lay the foundation for long-term freedom and vitality.

For best results, 3 to 5 sessions booked every 2 weeks in the PROGRESS Phase.
