Cancellation Policy
Life happens, schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appt, I request 48 hours notice. Failure to cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of the scheduled appointment fee. Appointment Reminders : If you choose to receive text message (SMS) appointment reminders, please note that the default timing for these reminders is 24 hours before your scheduled session. Unfortunately, I am unable to adjust the timing for SMS reminders ~ sowwie!! If you opt for EMAIL Appt reminders, the email is sent out 3 days and 1 day before your session. *Sick? Many contagious illnesses, from the novel coronavirus, Covid-19, to the common cold, can be spread by sneezing, coughing or even talking near someone. In support of health, I do not massage people when they are sick, questioning if they are sick or getting over being sick. If in doubt, please reschedule :) If you show up to an appointment when you have recently been exposed to someone actively sick, are sick yourself, or questioning if you are sick, full payment for your appointment will be due and service declined. As soon as you think you may be sick by your appointment time, and no later than 48 hours before your appointment, please reschedule.* Thank you for your understanding and adherence to my established policies.
